Cameroon’s Minister of Public Works, Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi, has officially signed Contract No. 0983 (dated July 1, 2026) allocating the technical oversight and supervision duties for the upcoming bituminous surfacing project in the Fako Division to NSM & FILS SARL.

During the bidding phase, competing firm GAMES SERVICES ENTERPRISE was disqualified after failing to provide the mandatory bid bond. The designated firm, NSM & FILS SARL, has been instructed to contact the Department of Contracts within the Ministry of Public Works to finalize and execute the contract agreement.
